Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to enhance product consistency and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits for regulatory compliance.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid license as a Chemist from a recognized regulatory body.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
