Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all inventory-related activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods across multiple locations in Bali.
- Ensure accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete items for timely action.
- Lead and train a team of inventory staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
