Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report quality control findings, including defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, industry-specific, and company quality management systems.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain certifications and compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
