Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional order management team to ensure timely and accurate order processing for European clients.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline order fulfillment, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead times, and customer satisfaction, and report on metrics to senior management.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align order management strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging ERP systems and automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Handle escalations and complex order issues, providing solutions that maintain client trust and operational integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing European market operations and understanding of regional logistics challenges.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
