Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a regional order management team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with APAC and global standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in order-to-cash workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and streamline cross-functional processes.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, driving data-driven decisions.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and regional regulations while mitigating operational risks.
- System Enhancements: Work with IT and ERP teams to leverage technology (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for automation and process standardization.
- Customer Focus: Act as an escalation point for complex order issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives for system migrations, process reengineering, or new market expansions within APAC.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in order management, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role in a shared services or regional capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in manufacturing, transport, logistics, or FMCG with exposure to APAC markets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MS Office (Advanced Excel), and order management tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to train, coach, and develop teams in a multicultural environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and root-cause analysis.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields; MBA or CIPS/CSCP certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
