Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, components, and services required for PCB manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production demands.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Resolve supply chain issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to procurement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
