Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Assemble, package, and label finished goods according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output quantities, downtime, and quality control data.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions to maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC, O-Level, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering).
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with relevant training may be considered).
- Basic knowledge of production machinery, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
