Responsibility
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing electronic components to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and storing goods in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to minimize workplace risks.
- Support in cycle counting and periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and quality checklists.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in inspections and inventory tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier items).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with electronic components or technical products is advantageous.
