Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
