As a key member of our procurement team, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, from supplier identification and screening to contract negotiation and performance management. Your expertise in RFQ processes, cost reduction, localization strategies, and commodity management will be instrumental in enhancing our competitive edge while ensuring compliance with global standards.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify cost-effective, high-quality suppliers for critical commodities and services.
- Conduct supplier screening, evaluation, and onboarding to ensure alignment with company standards and sustainability goals.
- Lead Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, including bid analysis, supplier comparisons, and contract negotiations.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, bulk purchasing, and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Support localization and second-source development to mitigate supply chain risks and enhance resilience.
- Manage commodity-specific sourcing strategies (e.g., raw materials, components, logistics services) to optimize spend and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, quality assurance) to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and foster long-term partnerships to ensure consistent delivery and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and contract management with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, spend analysis, and market intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-sourcing platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, and sustainability standards (e.g., ISO, ESG).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
