Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence and minimize defects.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Manage and optimize workforce allocation to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance.
- Prepare and present regular production reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in filtration, automotive, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising production staff.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
