Join 7 Eleven as an Executive, Safety & Compliance in our dynamic Warehouse & Logistics division, based in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will drive the implementation of SALS (Safety and Loss Prevention Systems) safety and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements across our operations.

Responsibility
- Implement and monitor SALS safety and compliance programs to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and improve ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 9001) for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for warehouse staff, contractors, and management teams.
- Investigate and report on incidents, near-misses, and non-compliance issues, recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out compliance initiatives to new sites and ensure consistent application.
- Prepare and submit compliance documentation for internal and external audits, including regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on local and international safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety, compliance, or warehouse operations, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (45001, 9001) and local/regional safety regulations.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to train, audit, and implement safety programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, compliance software, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites in Bali as required.
