Responsibility
- Assist in the procurement of industrial parts and materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintain and update procurement records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays.
- Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of industrial parts and materials procurement is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
