Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from order receipt to final delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and streamline workflows.
- Prepare and process billing documents for each project, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize operational costs.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and delivery statuses using our internal systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and other order management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, billing processes, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
