Responsibility
- Verify and process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all POD records.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies in delivery confirmations.
- Generate reports on POD status, delays, or issues for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for documentation.
- Assist in auditing POD records to improve process efficiency.
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to confirm delivery details.
- Support the implementation of digital tools for POD tracking and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software.
- Familiarity with POD documentation and logistics terminology is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics or business is preferred.
