Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily targets and ensure timely deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing goods in designated areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles to support distribution operations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and improve productivity.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Valid forklift operator certification (advantageous).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
