Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock opname (stocktaking), and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse workflows and minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety protocols.
- Prepare and manage warehouse documentation, including invoices, shipping records, and inventory reports.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
- Proven track record in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
