Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory control by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout for efficient material handling and storage.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment accuracy and turnaround time.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role in logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
