Responsibility
- Assist the salesman and driver in loading, unloading, and delivering products to customers and clients.
- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods, adhering to company and safety protocols.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse.
- Assist in verifying delivery orders and ensuring accuracy of products before and after delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Support the team in maintaining inventory records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations while on the road.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery is an advantage but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in handling and transporting goods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
