Based in the vibrant region of Badung, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient import/export processes, maintain accurate shipping records, and ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing supply chain workflows and minimizing delays in cargo movement.

Responsibility
- Prepare and process customs declarations accurately and in compliance with Indonesian and international trade laws.
- Manage and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to secure permits and licenses for imports/exports.
- Maintain up-to-date regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission of required documents to authorities.
- Organize and archive shipping records for audit purposes and internal reference.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse) to align shipping schedules with production and delivery timelines.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays in collaboration with logistics partners.
- Stay abreast of changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, customs clearance, or logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing or trade industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and familiarity with international shipping standards (e.g., Incoterms).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) for effective communication with global partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Certifications in customs compliance or logistics (e.g., Certified Customs Specialist) are advantageous.
