Join Omaga Safety, a leading provider of safety solutions, as our Inventory Clerk (Stock Auditor) in the vibrant and growing region of Bali, Indonesia! We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems across our operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our supply chain efficiency by conducting regular stock audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will help us minimize losses, optimize inventory levels, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including overstock, shortages, and damaged goods.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit findings.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, trends, and potential issues to management.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
- Support cycle counting and physical inventory processes as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Auditor, or similar role in logistics, manufacturing, or retail.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
