Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients and internal departments.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records using logistics software.
- Resolve logistical issues, such as delays or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan capacity, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including key metrics like delivery times, costs, and service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
