Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives and reduce costs.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, for raw materials, packaging, and equipment.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Implement sustainable and ethical procurement practices in alignment with industry standards.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in negotiation, supplier management, and cost reduction within the F&B or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
