Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions while maintaining product quality.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and incident reports.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational to avoid downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in production management or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
