Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and hygiene standards to maintain a compliant and hazard-free workspace.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Optimize space utilization and organize storage systems to facilitate efficient material handling.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational demands.
