Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics issues to prevent delays.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to support production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries using ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address supply chain challenges.
