Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., sealers, scanners) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of protective gear (safety shoes, vests).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and handling.
- Maintain a tidy and hazard-free work area to comply with workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
- Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with the team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to adhering to shift schedules.
- Own safety shoes and high-visibility vest (for freelancers) or willingness to use provided gear.
- Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision.
