Responsibility
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material availability.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to align workflow priorities.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on scheduling performance and KPIs.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for new projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, MRP, or production planning is advantageous.
