Responsibility
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to align production schedules with customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on production performance, delays, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies in all planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust schedules in response to urgent orders or supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or a similar role within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
