Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize storage space and streamline workflows.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize errors and damages.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles is a plus.
