Join Consumer Care as a Transport Supervisor in the vibrant region of Badung, Bali, and take the lead in optimizing our logistics and transport operations. As a Transport Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our fleet, drivers, and delivery schedules, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Your strategic planning and leadership will directly contribute to enhancing operational performance, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Based in one of Bali’s most strategic hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll have the opportunity to work in a diverse and culturally rich environment while driving impactful changes in our logistics framework.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations, including route planning, vehicle maintenance, and driver assignments.
- Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and optimize fleet performance, fuel consumption, and delivery timelines to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve service quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transport and warehouse activities.
- Conduct regular audits of vehicles, equipment, and documentation to maintain operational integrity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate transport staff to ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism.
- Prepare and present reports on transport metrics, budget adherence, and performance improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transport supervision, fleet management, or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
- Strong knowledge of transportation laws, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
