Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment to healthcare institutions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Liaise with vendors, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of supplies.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency in supply chain operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Resolve logistical issues or delays proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare services.
- Assist in the implementation of logistics software or systems to streamline tracking and reporting.
- Adhere to healthcare compliance standards and safety protocols for handling medical supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
