Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and cost control.
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, with a preference for material handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
