Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet company objectives and customer demands.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of orders.
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to streamline operations and resolve any issues.
- Implement and maintain health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
