Reski Laifasto, a leading name in the FMCG sector, is expanding its distribution network in Bali and seeking motivated individuals to drive sales, maintain client relationships, and ensure product availability across key retail outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our market presence by engaging with retailers, monitoring inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service will directly impact our brand’s success in Bali’s competitive FMCG landscape.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and manage product stock levels in outlets, coordinating with logistics teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Process orders, handle invoicing, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, product launches, and trade events to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including performance metrics and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail, preferably in Bali or similar markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (own transportation is advantageous).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
