Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for goods and services.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or payments in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
- Support ad-hoc procurement projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and market trends is advantageous.
