Responsibility

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for goods and services.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and supplier documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or payments in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support ad-hoc procurement projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and market trends is advantageous.
