Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Perform chemical and physical testing using laboratory equipment and document results accurately.
  • Identify deviations in product quality and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain and calibrate quality control instruments and equipment to ensure precise measurements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, including defect rates, test results, and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to assess quality control processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Maximum age of 38 years.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting chemical analyses (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy).
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
