Responsibility
- Operate and monitor UHT machines, filling machines, and other production equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain product safety and compliance.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products, documenting any deviations or defects.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues, escalating to maintenance teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output quantities, machine settings, and any incidents.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Operator in the FMCG industry, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience operating UHT machines, pasteurizers, or similar high-speed production equipment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20-25 kg as required.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including nights/weekends) as per production demands.
