Responsibility
- Manage and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics expenses using digital systems.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and address inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics administration, shipping coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to handle logistics challenges.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs regulations is advantageous.
