Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics workflows and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and prevent shortages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border shipments.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, including customs documentation and import/export requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline storage, picking, and packing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
