Responsibility
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting discrepancies and restocking as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring timely and secure handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve productivity.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
