Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and optimize space utilization.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse safety, security, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, coordinating with third-party logistics providers as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse activities, budgets, and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles, 5S methodology, and safety standards (OSHA, ISO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
