Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures to minimize workplace risks.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes and projects.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or healthcare industries.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HSE programs and driving cultural change.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
