Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality systems is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory standards.
- Experience conducting audits and inspections, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
