Responsibility
- Oversee and manage project control processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
- Ensure all products meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Implement and monitor APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodologies.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve quality processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and other quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
