Responsibility
- Manage and maintain administrative records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline export documentation and procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet international standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on quality control findings and administrative activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support the preparation of export shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
