Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions, using standardized templates.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.
- Perform calibration and maintenance checks on inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, trends, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure adherence to international quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and company-specific protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for communication with international stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Familiarity with international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and quality management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
