Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress using KPIs, reporting tools, and performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between teams, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements for enhanced productivity.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
- Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, operations, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) and data analysis software (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
