Responsibility
- Manage and organize finished goods in the warehouse to ensure optimal storage and easy retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to schedule and execute timely shipments to clients.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in warehouse operations.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to inventory or deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items; physical stamina for warehouse tasks.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software or basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
