Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, and warehouse) to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements for auditing and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
